Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych mewn partneriaeth ag Ion Developments yn cynnig ailddatblygu hen adeilad Marchnad y Frenhines fel catalydd i waith adfywio ehangach yn y Rhyl ac i wella bywiogrwydd canol y dref, gan ddychwelyd cyrchfan canol tref ganolog i ddefnydd cynhyrchiol.
Fel a nodir yn Erthygl 2 Gorchymyn Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Gweithdrefn Rheoli Datblygu) (Cymru) 2012, mae gofyn i ddatblygwyr sy’n cynnig prosiectau sy’n cynnwys datblygiadau mawr gynnal proses ymgysylltu cyn ymgeisio statudol. Mae’r broses ymgysylltu hon yn cynnwys sicrhau bod y dogfennau cais cynllunio drafft ar gael i’w gweld am gyfnod ymgynghori 28 diwrnod.
Oherwydd pandemig presennol COVID-19, mae newidiadau wedi’u gwneud i’r Gorchymyn y soniwyd amdano eisoes, fel bod modd gweld dogfennau’r cais ar-lein yn unig ar hyn o bryd. Felly mae dogfennau’r cais cynllunio drafft ar gael i’w gweld trwy’r ddolen hon.
Pe baech am roi sylwadau am y cais cynllunio drafft, gallwch wneud hynny yn ysgrifenedig i’r cyfeiriad e-bost hwn planning.consultation@cushwake.com erbyn dydd Iau, 15 Hydref 2020.

Planning & Heritage Statement & Application Forms
Denbighshire County Council in partnership with Ion Developments are proposing to redevelop the former Queens Market building complex as a catalyst to the wider regeneration of Rhyl and to improve the vitality of the town centre, returning a pivotal town centre destination to a productive use.
As set out within Article 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012, developers proposing projects comprising major development are required to undertake statutory pre-application engagement. This engagement includes making the draft planning application documents available to view for a 28 day consultation period.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic changes to the previously mentioned Order have been made so that application documents are only available to view online at the current time. The draft planning application documents are therefore available to view via this link.
Should you wish to make representations on the draft planning application you can do so in writing to the following email address planning.consultation@cushwake.com by Thursday 15th October 2020.
