Location: Liverpool
Sector: Hospitality/ Leisure, Residential, Retail
Status: In Progress
This £40 million gateway scheme was delivered in partnership with Liverpool City Council and Sigma Inpartnership. The development has seen the clearance of a series of run down buildings and the development of new retail, leisure, hotel and student accommodation on one of the most well known streets in Liverpool.
The façade to Lime Street incorporates a dramatic piece of artwork commissioned from Anthony Brown.
The project was completed in 2018 and was forward funded by Curlew Capital.
