Wolverhampton i10

Delivered as part of the Wolverhampton Interchange scheme, quality and sustainability are key features of this prize winning building which comprises 36,000 sq ft of office space over three floors and 15,000 sq ft of retail ground floor space.

It has added a much needed Grade A office accommodation in the city, which has been constructed to BREEAM excellent standards, making it the most sustainable building in the city.

The office accommodation was completed at the end of 2015 and is now fully let to Countryside Properties, Ovivo and Tarmac.
