This scheme involves the refurbishment of an underground car park on behalf of Denbghshire County Council and was completed in March 2019.
ION have undertaken the design, construction and completion of strip out of redundant M&E services, remodelling of existing vehicular and pedestrian entrance points/ fire exits and the installation of canopy to central pedestrian area along with the installation of lighting and ventilation/smoke extraction system plus upgrade of finishes and new signage.
