Ion are delighted to welcome Halle Kinnear, the first apprentice to join through Ion’s People Development Programme. Halle, who hails from the Wirral, will support the development and marketing team at Ion, while taking time to study for a NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.
Steve Parry, managing director, said: ‘Apprenticeship programmes are becoming increasingly important to property businesses. Skill shortages are at the forefront of challenges the industry is facing and in response to this, it’s vital that we all commit to training and developing our teams as much as we can.
‘Halle is a fantastic addition to our team here and we hope to offer her an excellent real-life training experience that will enhance her college based learning.’
Halle added: ‘It’s been brilliant to join the team at Ion. I’m not only learning about property development, construction and architecture, and also general business skills like marketing and office management too.’
