Congratulations to Jason Cain
Development Manager, Jason Cain, has passed the APC in project management and is now a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Jason joined Ion in 2014 after earning a degree at Liverpool John Moores in Quantity Surveying.
He has worked across Ion’s portfolio in North Wales and Merseyside, including Rhyl’s Waterfront, Travelodge and Pavillion Theatre and the Earlsfield Park development in Knowsley. Jason is currently engaged on Birkenhead’s Hind Street regeneration.
