ION has recently completed I9: a grade A office building which achieves net zero carbon in operations and was constructed using Modern Methods of Construction.
The building has the distinction of becoming the new headquarters of the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities including the ministers private office.
Working closely with the Government Property Agency we undertook the rapid fit out for the building and delivered this on time and within budget.
The building has recently won the RICS award for the commercial building in the Midlands and is shortlisted for the national RICS award to be announced in October
