This development successfully turned the former Catholic Chaplaincy into outstanding two-storey office space with a significant programme of alteration and refurbishment.
The Cardinal House development comprised 13,000 sq ft of office space over the two floors with 17 on-site car parking spaces.
The building is situated adjacent to the Grade II* Listed Metropolitan Cathedral close to the junction of Brownlow Hill and Mount Pleasant.
The work to transform the building formed part of the overall £20m redevelopment of the Cathedral Precinct, working in partnership with the Liverpool Archdiocese.
Work on-site at Cardinal House was completed after a nine-month programme resulting in a £1 million transformation which, importantly, was sensitive to its surroundings.
